Our journey with him has been over two years as it took us that long to sell our home in Prince George. Neil was a fountain of knowledge and once we were here he found us the perfect home in no time!
Please write a line or two about the HomeFinder service or PCS.: With the HomeFinder we were able to not only see the homes we were interested in and get a feel for the price of homes in Powell River, but we also got to see what Powell River areas were like. We had a very good idea of which area we wanted to move into.
What is the one thing we could have done better? : I don't think that any one at the office could have done anything better. All our questions were promptly answered and great patience was shown on your part when we started getting overly excited!

Please write a line or two about the HomeFinder service or PCS.: As a former realtor (32 years in Victoria) Marueen & I were very aware of the value of the service. It kept us on top of the market as we were very serious about acquiring a home before the summer. It helped us quickly establish real estate values and how quickly (slowly?) properties were selling.
What is the one thing we could have done better? Nothing we can think of -- Neil was on top of the market, returned our questions promptly and helped get us the property when we were up against a competing offer. We like him & would recommend him highly to anyone we know who needs good representation! :-)

How did we help you with your real estate needs.: We are so glad that we had Neil helping us find a property. We came to Powell River thinking we were going to do buy a piece of land,but after sitting down and talking to Neil, we ended up going a totally different direction. He listened to what we wanted, gave us some ideas and the rest is history. I know we were challenging as we kept changing our minds about what we wanted, but Neil ultimately found us the perfect home. He spent so much time driving us around as well as being an awesome tour guide with all the history and stories of Powell River.
